About me

I'm Hans Nieuwenburg. For over twenty years I've helped organisations set up UX properly: from service blueprint and concept to design system and developer handover.

At client organisations, I don't just deliver the design, I set up the way of working too: who gets involved when, how decisions are recorded and how design and development connect.

I work directly for clients as well as through agencies, on projects ranging from a week to a year or longer.
