Privacy statement

UXFEVER is the business of Hans Nieuwenburg. This statement explains which personal data I process when you visit this website or contact me, why I do so and what your rights are.
Contact
When you email or call me, I process the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. I only use them to answer your question and to prepare a possible assignment.
Correspondence that does not lead to an assignment is deleted no later than two years after our last contact. If it does lead to an assignment, I keep the records for seven years, as required by Dutch law.
Google Analytics
With your consent, I use Google Analytics to see how visitors use this website, for example which pages are viewed. This helps me improve the site.
- Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google.
- Data is kept for two months.
- Google Signals is turned off and data is not shared with Google for its own purposes.
- Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.
- Google may process data in the United States. Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You can withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. The Analytics cookies are then removed.

Hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO, a German hosting provider. The server keeps technical log files, such as IP address and time of a visit, for security and to fix problems.
Sharing with others
I do not sell your data. I only share it with parties needed for this website and my business, such as hosting, email and Google Analytics, or when the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, object to it and have it transferred. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time.
To do so, send an email to hello@uxfever.com. I will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
This website uses a secure connection (https). I take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use.
Changes
I may update this statement. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
